Meet our Golden Apple
Zackary Ruelas

On Thursday, May 10th Theresa Gutierrez from ABC TV and 4 members of the Golden Apple Foundation visited our third grade classroom to surprise Mr. Zackary Ruelas and inform him that he was one of the 10 awarded teachers. This is a great honor for Mr. Ruelas and for our school. There have only been 13 catholic school teachers to receive this award in the 26 years that Golden Apple has existed. He is the third teacher to win the award from a Big Shoulders school. We are so proud of Mr. Ruelas!
